Description:Set against a highly unusual bottle green ground. This Shah Abbassi composition of pattern is styled in what is known as 'Vaguireh' style, meaning the repetition of the design throughout the field.

The pattern clarity and meaning of this particular piece is excellent, a quality not commonly found in Nain weaves. The flowers and stars of the border are delicately connected by a running tendril, all against a light cream ground, accentuating the main pattern dramatically.
